Every facial membership facial receives the same dedication, care, and quality products as our non-membership services.
Each month, your facial is completely customized based on what your skin needs right then, including:
Barrier-supportive treatments when your skin feels sensitive or irritated
Dermaplaning when you need some good exfoliation + improved product penetration
Nano-infusion to boost collagen production, hydration, and improve product penetration
Perfectly timed chemical peels to prep your skin before the sunny season
Just three months to reveal clearer, healthier skin
Three months of dedication and consistency can bring a lot of positive changes to your skin. While everyone’s journey is different, three months is a good time frame for you to start seeing the results of your consistency.

You will receive a custom facial treatment based on your specific skincare goals, needs, and membership add-ons.
The custom facial may include one or more of the following treatment modalities:
Dermaplane

Enzyme Treatment
You may add-on additional services like lash lifts or a brow wax & tint during booking for a special members-only price. You may also upgrade your service to an advanced modality, like a chemical peel or Acne Treatment, during booking.

Our base membership is $117 and includes a custom facial or recovery facial treatment.
You can choose to upgrade your facial with additional add-ons (like brow waxes or lash lifts) for a special members-only price or upgrade to an advanced modality, like chemical peels, during booking.
We reserve the right to choose what modalities are used for your service, as not all modalities suit everyone.

During your first appointment, you will have the opportunity to sign your contract and make your first membership payment.

While we require that you commit to a three-month subscription, after your third month you will be on a month-to-month basis.
We require a 30 days notice of your cancellation. For example, if your third month is March, you’ll need to notify us of your desire to cancel your subscription for April on March 1st.
All you need to do to cancel is send an email to hello@arcanepdx.com with the subject “Membership Cancellation”. No strings attached, or reason needed! Once your commitment has been fullfilled you can cancel at any time with a 30 days notice.

You may choose to upgrade your monthly membership appointment with add-ons when booking. Add-ons do not affect your base membership subscription. You may pay for the add-on at your appointment and retain the special members-only pricing.

All subscriptions will be billed on the day you sign up. If you need to change your billing date after signing up, please reach out to Marci at hello@arcanepdx.com.

Appointments for your membership do not roll-over. You must schedule your appointment for the billing cycle within that month.
We recommend pre-booking your first three appointments to ensure there is availability for you (our books are open 90-days out). We are not responsible for reminding memberships to book their monthly service.
