CANCELLATIONS

  • A credit card is required to reserve all appointments. All clients must provide 12 hour cancellation notice. In the event of a last minute ( day of) cancellation you will be charged 90% of your original service price and counted as a no show. Please let me know if you are unable to make it to your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless you no show or last minute cancel your appointment day of. If frequently no showing/cancelling/refunding your cancellation fee you maybe blocked from returning.

LATE ARRIVALS

  • We recommend arriving a bit early for your appointment to give you time to find parking and make it up to our studio. Your appointment time begins at your scheduled time; we cannot go over your scheduled time and compromise the rest of our appointments that day to accommodate late arrivals. Should this happen, your service will be charged 90% of the original service and counted as a no show.

PAYMENT

  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment

  • Cash is preferred, but cards are accepted.

OTHER THINGS

  • Children may be allowed in the spa if they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult.

  • Hate has no place here. We are committed to creating a space built on kindness, respect, and inclusion. We do not tolerate hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism, ableism, religious discrimination, xenophobia, or any form of prejudice directed at individuals or communities.

PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

  • Please come with a clean face and no makeup on. The less time spent removing makeup, the more time your skin gets treatment!

  • If you are receiving any lash services, please refrain from consuming caffeine on the day of your appointment. Fluttery eyes can compromise these services.

  • It is best to come to your appointment ready to relax. Many of our clients fall asleep during services, and we take this as a huge compliment! This is your time to rest. Because of this, we ask that you silence your phone before entering our studio.

  • All facial and waxing services require you to stop using retinols and exfoliants at least 5 days prior to your appointment. Failure to do so can lead to overexfoliation or lifting of the brow skin during waxing.
